You can take the Cercanías-Renfe (Madrid railway company) line C-4 from Chamartín, Nuevos Ministerios, or Atocha to Parla.

Buses from Atocha stop each 5 min. in front of the Mediodía hotel. Numbers: 441 and 442. They stop in front of Campus (see map below for details):
