Descripción: En el marco de la Red EMA (European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation), en la que participa el Instituto de Derechos Humanos Pedro Arrupe, se va a organizar con carácter permanente un Academia dirigida a profesores y a estudiantes de doctorado.

Amartya Sen, Nobel Prize Laureate in Economics, Thomas W. Lamont University Professor at Harvard University

The first session of the Venice Academy of Human Rights will take place from 12-17 July 2010 with a thematic focus on sovereignty and development.
